Does the Org Chart order names appropriately for each language (e.g. surname before given name in Chinese)?

Yes, each language has a setting for which part of an employee's name to display first.  Changing languages will rearrange the names.

If you are finding otherwise, there are two possibilities:

• The specific circumstances are causing an issue with the selected language (because in normal circumstances it does work) and Engineering will need to investigate).
• The parts of the staff names are actually being stored in the wrong fields. You can determine whether this is the case by looking in some profiles to see whether First Name and Last Name are separately correct.
