Symptom

When restoring a database, a following error happened.

O/S Err#: 0, ErrID: 4098 (db_sqlexception); SQLCode: -1009140, SQLState: 'QCA49', Severity: 14
[21039]: Cannot restore dbspace 'USERMAIN_3' to raw partition '/PATH/SYBASE.iqdata003' because its size is smaller than the size of the original raw partition (1310712 vs. 1388152 blocks).
