2476518 - Dependents Portlet - Application Error When Saving

On Dependents Portlet an Application Error is being thrown when clicking 'Save' in 'Details'

Steps to reproduce:

1.Login into the instance
2.Go to any user > Personal Information > Dependants
3.Click on the Edit for Dependents
4.Enter required data and click on the Edit Details link
5.Enter all the remaining required data
6.Click on the Save button and observe that an application error is shown

Application Error Logs will show reference to:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: attempt to create merge event with null entity

The reason for this is personInfo_dependent element configuration, namely it being used to disable required fields such as date-of-birth, country-of-birth or any other hris field. This is not supported.

It is expected that there is no configuration of Biographical Info for Dependents.

Disable personInfo_dependent element or correct cofiguration.
