2476525 - LMS: Enable Auto Enroll from Waitlist in Class

How to enable Auto Enroll from Waitlist in Class so that Waitlisted Users get automatically added when free space becomes available.

SAP SuccessFactors LMS

1. Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > Entity Configuration
2. Find Class from the dropdown list. Once you find the "Auto Enroll from Waitlist" tick the checkbox of Display and then "Save " to make sure that the "Auto Enroll from Waitlist" has been added successfully
   
   
   
   
   
3. Go to Class profile page, find "Auto Enroll from Waitlist" in the section of "Registration Settings"
   
   

Please note that enabling Auto Enroll from Waitlist for a Class will not trigger a pop-up prompting the autofill of seats. If this setting is enabled then future openings of seats will trigger auto enrollment. The Auto fill available seats pop-up only appears when the Admin increases the number of Maximum Enrollments and there are waitlisted Users in the Class.
