2476628 - Error C$500 occurs when importing file without an Identifier in CG33

Symptom

You are using transaction CG33 to import specifications into EH&S.

The import file does not contain identifiers and when you click on "Check File" the below error occurs:

"Incorrect segment &2 in line &1 of transfer file, segment $ESTRI expected - Message no. C$500".
