2476895 - Error: Journals table of <environment ID> <model ID> already exists when restoring an environment with same technical names -BPC NW

A BPC environment is deleted in the target system.

If trying to restore the same environment with "Use Technical Names From Backup F" selected in UJBR, the environment cannot be found in RSA1.

Meanwhile, following errors can be seen in SLG1.

Journals table of <environment ID> <model ID> already exists 

Error occurred while creating model <model ID> ADMIN API

In addition, the dynamically generated BPC table for JOURNAL_DETAIL can be found in SE11 or SE16.
