2476897 - Custom Portal theme is not set after system restart

• You have created a custom Enterprise Portal theme
• When the system is restarted, the custom theme will not appear
• The custom theme must be rebuilt under the UI Theme Designer each time the system is restarted
• You observe the following exception in the Java system Default Trace file:
