2476974 - Cache binding information may disappear by DUMP / LOAD - SAP ASE

Symptom

You may perform database migration from a server to another by using DUMP / LOAD DATABASE. The database may have some objects which are binding to named caches.
If binding named cache doesn't exist in target server, sp_help or sp_helpindex doesn't report attribute_class information. The information means cache binding.
