2477019 - RRI jump in BICS ends in "query not found" error

Symptom

RRI jump from one query to another ends in Error:
"DATAPROVIDER" of type "QUERY_VIEW_DATA_PROVIDER" could not be generated.
Cannot load query "XXX" (data provider "DP_1").

- The same RRI jump works fine in transaction RSRT.
- The query has a fixed filter of hierarchy nodes.
