2477347 - Issue while deploying the BOE component

When deploying the BOE it fails at the execution phase in SUM.

Deploy_Components log:

Deployment of queue Queue_YEAR.MM.DD at 00:00:00 completed with error Deployment error. See log /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM/sdt/log/SUM/deploy_api.0.log for details.
com.sap.engine.services.dc.api.deploy.DeployException: [ERROR CODE DPL.DCAPI.1027] P4ConnectionException.
