2477435 - BCO Returns Only Codes in UI Field Instead of Description

You observe that a field created whose data type comes from a Business Configuration Code List in SAP Cloud Applications Studio displays the value as Code instead of Description.

1. Login to the tenant.
2. Navigate to the screen where the field is configured.
3. You will see the values are displaying as codes as shown in the below screenshot.

While defining the BCO, you have used the Field type as Attribute instead of Description.

You should choose the Field Type as Description if you want the description text to display in the UI.

Note: After the solution is assembled, a field type change is not allowed, due to maintenance mode.
