2477450 - Org Unit Manager does not show in Organization Structure List View

In the Employee tab the manager information does not show up at the Org structure List View.

1. Go to Administaror Workcenter and select Org Structure.
2. Search Org Unit: 9999.
3. Manager is unavailable, field is blank.

And

1. Go to Organizatinal Management Woc.
2. Select Org Structures
3. Search Org Unit: 9999.

The issue occurs only for query Organizational Hierarchy (3). For query Organizational Hierarchy (3), the system does not show a manager in the list for Org Unit 9999.

The reason is the following:

Query Organizational Hierarchy (3) has been defined with Valid On = DD1/MM1/YYYY1. Therefore, the system shows all data in the list for validity date DD1/MM1/YYYY1. Org unit 9999 has a manager assigned from DD2/MM2/YYYY2 which is after  DD1/MM1/YYYY1 until unlimited. For the query's validity date DD1/MM1/YYYY1, there is no manager assigned and therefore the system correctly does not show a manager in the list. The standard queries All or Organizational Hierarchy use current date as Valid On. Both standard queries show a manager for Org Unit 9999, as for today there is a manager assigned to Org Unit.

Edit the filter with the correct date to show the manager.
