Symptom

  • Fiori BI Launchpad (BING) is hanging / freezing / not responding after login in 4.2 SP04 and above
  • A blank screen with three blue dots are displayed indicating that the page is loading, but no further response is seen:

  • The text 'Please wait' is also displayed
