Symptom

When trying to migrate using SUM there is an error at the target system during the phase  MAIN_SWITCH/SUBMOD_MIG_SWITCH_NEW/SUBMOD_MIG_SER_IMP/SUBMOD_MIG_LANDSCAPEREORG/HDB_CHK_LANDSCAPE_REORG_PRE

The error log shows this issue:
