2477685 - Subcontractor Stock is not shown in ATP check

Symptom

The "W/o subcontracting" indicator of Scope of check in transaction code OPPJ is not checked, and there is quantity of subcontractor stock.
But in transaction code CO09 with the corresponding 'Scope of check', the quantity of subcontractor stock is only contained in the plant stock, there is not subcontractor stock MRP element.
