2477729 - Print Time is displayed on the initial screen of print dialog and cannot be hidden.

Symptom

"Print Time" is displayed on the initial screen of print dialog:

You cannot hide it by user-specific print setting as the "Display selected parameter on initial screen" checkbox is grayed out:
