Symptom

  • The following error message can be seen in the Afaria logs. 

    AFW1001: Encountered unrecoverable error while applying Android for Work application policies. Exception: :

    AndroidForWorkApplicationDAL.GetAfwUserId: Unable to cast object of type'System.DBNull' to type 'System.String'.

    Resolution The Enterprise Account Email is invalid. Contact your SAP representative responsible for Android for Work enterprise enrollment.
