2477940 - Edit Learning: Payment Information is empty

When using the "Edit Learning" tool, the Payment Information is empty.

1. After you recorded the learning event for the users enrolled in the Scheduled Offering, click "Edit Learning" in the Actions menu of the SO:
   
   
   
   
2. The Payment Method and Payment Information will be empty:
   
   

The Scheduled Offering does not have a price and the learning event was recorded this way.

Payment information will only be automatic populated if you set up a price for the Scheduled Offering and if the user have a Chargeback account. This is the expected behavior of the system.

However, this has to be done before the learning event is recorded. Changes made after this won't be applied to users who already have the learning event recorded.
