2477947 - Grantee Management : Commitments not reduced after PO, GR or IR posting

You utilize SRM integrated with Grantee Management (GM-GTE)
After an upgrade, you find remaining open commitments in GM despite the fact that subsequent documents exist (e.g. GR or IR posted with PO reference)
In some cases, you receive GM Availability Control errors, when posting Confirmations, such as Goods Receipts, Service Entry Sheets (SES), or Invoices with reference to existing SRM POs recorded before the upgrade
