2477961 - SQLSTATE 01000 when creating users from repository after a disaster recovery - SAP PD

Symptom

  • After a SQL Server disaster recovery, users from table PMUSER have been copied from the source database to a new recovery database.
  • After this copy operation, it is not possible to create users from the SAP PD repository and below error message is reported:

Error SQLSTATE = 01000
01000: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.
