2478037 - Change of URL is not allowed in Custom Fiori Client

Symptom

When a custom Fiori Client application is pre-configured in an MDM solution (Mobile Device Management) with a default value for the Fiori Launchpad URL the application does not present any way to modify this URL by the end user.  Changing this pre-defined default value could be needed for development purposes.
