2478192 - Error while importing CSB site configuration into Production

I get an error message when I attempt to import the Recruiting Marketing configuration from RMK Stage to Production environment.

The error message is: The version you are trying to upload is of a newer version than the systems version.

In CSB, open the Import/Export option and try to import the stage configuration in Production.

The blackout period for RMK is the time frame between the code release to Preview/Stage and Production.

During the Blackout period, Stage XML cannot be imported unto the Production environment. If a customer must go live during the Blackout period, please import the site to the Production Server before the blackout starts, and be prepared to do UAT manually updating Production.

Given the product versions are incompatible during this time, export/import activities are not supported at a platform level. (see KBA 2846192 - Exporting configuration between RMK instances - Recruiting Marketing)

Unless the configuration was exported from stage before the blackout period started it will not be possible to transfer it to production until after the blackout period ends.
