2478383 - RFC Server Service does not start - SAP Data Services

Symptom

EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer (EIMAPS) start with state "Running with errors"
If you remove rfcservice EIMAPS starts without problem.
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no sapjco3 in java.library.path
In Data Services Management Console, you receive "RFC Server is not available".
