2478638 - Missing feature in SAP Jam - I cannot find a feature that should be available

There is a feature that is mentioned in one of the SAP Jam guides but I cannot find it in my SAP Jam environment.

 SAP Jam Collaboration

A feature is mentioned in one of the SAP Jam Admin/User guides but a user that is Company Administrator (who has access to all features for a company instance) checked and cannot find the feature within SAP Jam.

There are 4 editions of SAP Jam Collaboration available: 

• SAP Jam Collaboration Basic edition
• SAP Jam Collaboration Advanced edition
• SAP Jam Collaboration Advanced plus edition
• SAP Jam Collaboration Enterprise edition

Each edition has different features available, each edition after the basic edition has more features than the preceding editions. 

In order to have an overview for each edition, listing the key capabilities in collaboration, content, admin & support, group admin, storage limits, amount of open groups & available integrations (if any) please go to https://www.sap.com/about/agreements/policies/service-specifications.html and search for "SAP Jam" so you can see the options there.

To make a feature that isn't currently available in your edition of SAP Jam you need to upgrade your edition of SAP Jam. To do so please reach out to your Sales Representative or Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Customer Engagement Executive (CEE).
