2478652 - New Android For Work devices do not receive exchange accounts immediately

Symptom

  • When enrolling a new Android For Work device the Exchange account takes a long time to be delivered. The Gmail application shows the following error "Could not connect to the server" when the password for the Exchange account is entered. This error disappears once the Exchange account is delivered to the device.
