2478674 - Tile in Fiori Launchpad keeps loading with busy indicator

Symptom

A tile has been set up on Fiori Launchpad. After starting the Launchpad the tile does not finish loading, but stays in an infinite loading loop with busy indicator. As a result the tile itself is not startable either.
Other tiles and the rest of Fiori Launchpad are working as expected.
