2478764 - CX_WCB_FATAL_ERROR during document creation in VA01/VA41/ME21N

Symptom

You are using Condition Contract functionality in your system.

When you are creating a purchase or sales sided document (e.g. a PO in ME21N or a sales order in VA01, sales contract in VA41) after certain data was input on header and item level (such as vendor/customer, material number, plant, etc) and you pressed enter, the program terminates with a short dump (exception CX_WCB_FATAL_ERROR in Program CL_WCB_CC_FOR_DET_METHOD).
