Symptom

 The Extractors in the Extractor Framework (EFWK) throw the following error in the logs and cannot collect information for a Technical System:

SYSTEM_NOT_FOUND: No technical system found with LongSID=<SID> and SYSTEM_TYPE=JAVA

Also the following error can be present: "EFWK HK: Technical System not found in Landscape"
