2479039 - NBS or CEST buttons are missing in J1BTAX

Symptom

When accessing J1BTAX menu, the NBS or CEST buttons are grayed out or missing.

NBS – The NBS (Nomenclatura Brasileira de Serviços in Portuguese) code specifies a number of up to 9 digits.

CEST - Indentify the Specifier Code of Substituição Tributária (CEST - Código Especificador da Substituição Tributária).
