2479059 - Difference in the messages reported when creating subscription between RS 15.7.1 ESD#2 and RS 15.7.1 SP303 - SRS

After upgrading from SRS 15.7.1 ESD#2 to SRS 15.7.1 SP303 the following message is not being reported when process of creating subscription ends in the replicate site on SP303:

REPLICATE Replication Server: Created subscription <xxxxx> for replication definition <yyyyy> with replicate at <wwww>
