Symptom
- If the *.srvlog file exceeds the size specified by the -os server option, SAP IQ renames *.srvlog file to yymmddxx.slg, where <yymmdd> represents the year, month, and day the file was created, and <xx> is a number that starts at 00 and continues incrementing.
- SAP IQ does not have a functionality to delete *.slg files automatically.
- If the directory containing the *.slg files is not monitored by DBAs, this directory may fill up.
