2479217 - Custom Tcode not searchable in Function even after Authorization Sync

Symptom

Custom Transaction / Tcode is created in GRC Plugin system. Authorization Sync job is executed for that Plugin System. However, Tcode is not searchable in Function - Action tab.

Though Tcode is available in TSTC / TSTCT tables of plugin system.
