2479313 - Error message “You do not have authorization for Transaction MCR:” (Message no. L0004) happened when executing MC.5

Symptom

When executing MC Transactions (example MC.5), once the User Click on “User Settings” icon, Users are getting an error “You do not have authorization for Transaction MCR:” (Message no. L0004).This authorization error was not present before the upgrade.
