2479380 - The Automated DVM Session in the Data Volume Workcenter is not being generated in SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

  • In the Data Volume Management section of the SM_Workcenter, in the Service Documents section the Automated DVM Service document has not been generated.

  • The control job *AGSDVMAS_CONTROL* in transaction SM37 has processing error.
  • The execution job *AGSDVMAS_EX_<SID>_<CLIENT>_<SESSION NUMBER>* in SM37 has the following error:

  • The execution job *AGSDVMAS_EX_<SID>_<CLIENT>_<SESSION NUMBER>* in SM37 has the following error:
    Opening session EX... failed; see log table for error messages
    Message no. KEN_01004
