2479385 - Adding new operator role in 'Selectable By' and 'Visible To' sections of Applicant Status Configuration - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to add a new recruiting operator role in 'Selectable By' and 'Visible To' sections of Applicant Status Configuration?
• How can we have Upline Managers added in these sections?

It is not possible to modify the roles in the section shown above. These roles refer to the standard recruiting operators and their respective teams (if Team Recruiting is configured).

However, you can have Upline Managers to have access to the status configuration if Team Recruiting settings are enabled.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Team Settings
2. Check the option 'Allow managers above Hiring Manager to have access'
   
   
   Once this option is enabled, you can see the "Upline Managers" role in the 'Selectable By' and 'Visible To' sections of Applicant Status Configuration.
   
   

Once the Upline Manager checkbox is enabled, any Managers upstream from the Hiring Manager will have the Visibility To & Selectable by Permissions automatically assigned.

Note: Anyone permissioned with the V role or hierarchical (HM+, etc) role permissions in the job requisition template are covered by the All Others checkbox.
