2479445 - License key is not required when you install SAP Enable Now manager

Symptom

  • When newly installing SAP Enable Now Manager (10.0.0 and higher version) a license is required by default, however no such prompt appears for the installation. Also the option "show license key" does not display in help tab.

  • The following error can be found in the manager log file("%SystemDrive%\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat x.x\logs\<your_war_file-manager-log.glf>)

                "Can't load AMD 64-bit .dll on a IA 32-bit platform"

  • The Hardware key does not generate and there is an error in the logs like: 

" |ERROR|main|com.datango.pdb.util.license.HwKeyLoader|Hardware Key error: <ERROR> C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\[Tomcat version]\webapps\[SEN Manager name]\WEB-INF\lib\slicjlib.dll: Can't find dependent libraries "
