The transfer of attachments has been activated with BAdI: BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW.
You create a shopping cart and you attach files to it. You select internal, that means the attachments should not transfer to the backend PO.
PO is created from the shopping cart in the ECC system, the internal attachments from the shopping cart are in the PO.
