2479464 - How to create a copy of a custom IFlow on a Cloud Integration Tenant

You would like to make an exact copy of one of the already deployed custom Iflows on your Tenant. However there is no "copy" option to use among the actions.
Also just simply uploading the same Iflow with different name does not work as it fails with the following error:

Integration flow with the same name or id already exists; please choose a different name
Change the bundle-SymbolicName in the manifest file of the integration flow zip
