2479495 - External Request - Training Codes, Sub Type

The option Sub Type is checked in the Training Codes block, under the SECTION B: TRAINING COURSE DATA.

However, in the External Request form, the dropdown box of the Training Sub Type Code is empty or the data available must be update.
