2479546 - Job Relationship Changes carried out by Position to Job Information Sync Rule Syncs to Employee Profile ahead of effective date in Employee Central.

I change a user's position in job info for a future date. The change in position should result in a change to job relationships when the effective date passes (Matrix Manager, Second Manager etc.)

However we see that the job relationship info has synced to EP before the effective date in EC. The values are correct in EC.

 

This is a known defect and is addressed in b1708 release.

As a workaround you will have to import the basic user information to correct the job relationship columns.
