2479604 - "the SP-A/PI release on your system is too low (or could not be identified)" in DVM section of EWA report

Symptom

The DVM chapter of the EWA report contains following information:
This report does not have a Data Volume Management (DVM) section focusing on Deletion and Data Archiving because your SAP Solution Manager system
does not fulfill the technical requirements or the SP-A/PI release on your system ...... is too low (or could not be identified).
For more information, see SAP Note 2036442. As a workaround, the database size and growth per year for your system .... were checked.
Here, we found a database size of ..... GB and a database growth of ....% per year.
In this case, a Guided Self-Service for Data Volume MAnagement is recommended to identify appropriate measures to reduce the dat volume in your system ....
For further details about the GUided Self-Service for DVM, see SAP Note 1904491.
