2479623 - DSI went down with Error #1028, Error #5049, #151 - SRS

Symptom

The repserver was processing fine when the following errors happened and DSI went down:

 ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(407(1) SERVER2.DATABASE00) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(4781)
        Message from server: Message: 102, State 181, Severity 15 -- 'Incorrect syntax near ','.

THREAD FATAL ERROR #5049 DSI EXEC(407(1) SERVER2.DATABASE00) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(4794)
        The DSI thread for database 'SERVER1.DATABASE3' is being shutdown. DSI received data server error #102 which is mapped to STOP_REPLICATION. See logged data server errors for more information. The data server error was caused by output command #0 mapped from input command #0 of the failed transaction.

ERROR #151 DSI EXEC(323(1) SERVER3.DATABASE21) - /generic/dsi/hqocs.c(1814)
        Bulk-Lib routine 'RCICancel' failed.

ERROR #1027 DSI EXEC(323(1) SERVER3.DATABASE21) - /generic/dsi/hqocs.c(1814)
        Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 84083974, Severity 5 -- 'ct_results(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect'.

The interface function 'RCIMoreResults' returns FAIL for database 'SERVER.DATABASE1'. The errors are retryable. The DSI thread will restart automatically. See messages from the interface function for more information.

        Open Client Client-Library error: Error: -99999, Severity 5 -- 'Unable to cancel statement.  ct_cancel failed'.

HQCPL: HQ execution exception occurred while applying to table [nil][nil]...

ERROR #5215 DSI EXEC(362(1) SERVER3.DATABASE29) - eneric/dsi/dsiutil.c(451)
