2479813 - LMS - Site ID can be now changed for users (b1705 - LRN-16332)

Symptom

Previously, the Login site ID was recorded when a user registered on a site.
This field is used for direct links and could not be changed via the GUI.

You can now modify this field from the user details page. NULL and all valid sites are valid values.

Resolution

Enhancement  - LRN-16332

Currently the user table has the site ID that a user self-registered on which is used in direct link logic. If the user is created via other means, this field may not be populated. This enhancement is to expose that field and allow an admin to edit it so that an external user can successfully launch direct links.

To enable the fields visibility please follow the steps mentioned below.

1. Login as an admin and navigate to System Admin > Configuration > Record Configuration

2. Choose "User" from the dropdown and look for the record "Login Site" (under Basic Configuration)

3. Once you have saved this setting, you should be able to see the Site ID under user details page.
