2480082 - When Admin Edits a Pending Leave Request and Submits it, the Request Goes to Cancelled Status

When an admin edits an approved leave request (changes from 1 day to 2 days) and submits, it gets saved as APPROVED.

However, if the admin edits a PENDING leave request (from 1 to 2 days), and submits it, the request goes to “Cancelled” status.

Engineering are currently aware of this scenario.
There has been an internal enhancement logged for the behaviour here to be improved, however the release date has not been confirmed.
