In SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) activities which trigger Collaboration events result in errors

• Scenario 1:
• When changing Shop Order status from 'Releaseable' to 'Closed' or 'Done' and Save,  error message shown:  'An internal error occurred; contact technical support'
• Exceptions appear in Default Trace like:
