2480301 - Active goals appear in report but not goal plan

Reports show more active goals than what is present in the goal plan.

Goal Management

1. View goal plans for a user
2. View reports on the goal plan for a user

Team goals that a user is the creator for but not assigned to their own goal plans will also appear on the reports.  You can view these additional goals by selecting Launch Team Goals for a user.

Team goals a user is the owner of can be identified by being Type=team and MasterID=-1.  Using this information, a filter can be constructed in the export file to exclude a goal when these two conditions are true.
