What happened?

Error in the ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "CL_RSO_RES_REPO_APP===========CP" had to be 
 terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.
In include "CL_RSO_RES_SYSTEM_CAPABILITIESCM008     ", in line 11 of program 
 "CL_RSO_RES_SYSTEM_CAPABILITIESCP        ", the following syntax errors 
 have occurred:
The transformation "RSO_RES_ST_RESOURCE_PROPERTIES" does not have an active version 
and either contains syntax errors.
