2480923 - Outbound cXML not displayable in monitoring transactions when error occured which is visible in SLG1

You use Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite add-on, and in such cases when after a document creation (for example purchase order, or invoice) an outbound message would be created, and during the processing an error occurs, the cXML's won't be visible in such monitoring transactions like SRT_MONI, ECH_MONI_SEL, SXMB_MONI and a log about the error only visible in transaction SLG1.
