Symptom

When user tries to upload a Clause Document or a Template document at CDT level then application gives following error on UI: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method org.apache.poi.openxml4j.opc.PackageRelationship.getTargetURI() of a null object loaded from local variable 'pkgRelation'
