2481150 - PY-RU: Co-financing privilege reduces tax base for standard tax privileges

Symptom

An employee has standard tax privilege (e.g. Infotype 0299 Tax Privileges (CIS), subtype 13 INCOME TAX 13%, tax privilege 41) and spend money for co-financing. Total income tax base exceeds the limit value (350 000 Rub), however child privilege is applied.
